DELIVERY

Deliveries are offered throughout the European Union,

In mainland France, deliveries are made by Colissimo or DHL services depending on the model. The customer is delivered to his home or business in standard delivery by post in Colissimo without signature or by DHL express.

The customer has 7 working days for shipping, from the date of his order before 12 p.m., in fact, all orders placed are made on demand in our own workshops for a unique piece and an eco-friendly production. The customer has a tracking number which will therefore be sent to him within 7 working days.

The customer can follow his parcel delivered by La Poste in Colissimo without signature on the site www.colissimo.fr or by DHL on the site www.dhl.com.

For deliveries outside mainland France, they will be provided by DHL, the customer will receive his tracking number which will be sent to him within 7 working days.

The customer then expects 2 to 4 working days for delivery.

In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: telephone number, street number, building, 'stairs, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

All returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Return costs are offered in France as follows:

The customer must request by email from contact@katso-paris.com a return slip which will allow him to send his package for free.

The customer agrees to return the items in their original condition which must not have been worn, perfumed or washed, they must still be labeled, intact under penalty of not being able to be accepted and of being sent back to him.

The slip that will be sent to you by email will mention the return only via La Poste franked by Colissimo followed without signature at the address of our logistics partner: Berry Services, 11 Zone d' Activity Le Fay, 36230 Neuvy-Saint-Sépulcre.

The customer will note that returns via pick-up point are not accepted.

Once the return has been received and accepted, the seller undertakes to refund the customer within 7 working days maximum. The customer will be refunded the amount of the returned items via the original method of payment, in this case, by credit card.

We invite the customer to return the items in the original package, carefully closed. The seller does not reimburse for additional packaging.

In the event of a size exchange, the customer must make a normal return within 14 days of receipt of his order and mention by email to contact@katso-paris.com the new size requested , if it is available, the part will be returned to him within 2 to 3 working days, if it is not available, he will be reimbursed within a maximum of 7 working days.

In the absence of non-compliance by the Customer with these conditions, in particular the return status conditions, the seller will not refund the items concerned and the items will be returned to him within 2 to 3 working days< /span>

Return costs outside of France are the responsibility of the customer.
