ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

Deliveries are offered worldwide. Free Worldwide Shipping;

Orders are shipped via the carrier DHL Express to the delivery address provided by the customer (home or business). A tracking number is sent to the customer by email within a maximum of 15 business days following the order. This number allows tracking of the package on the website www.dhl.com.

All orders, including those destined for France, are shipped from our workshops in Morocco. Indeed, each piece is produced on demand, within a period of 14 business days, to ensure artisanal, eco-friendly, and custom manufacturing. Shipping is then ensured within 48 business hours by DHL Express, provided the order is placed before 12 PM (local time).

The customer agrees to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including all necessary information for the proper delivery of the package (street number, postal code, city, building, access codes, name and intercom number, etc.). Any error or omission that may result in the return of the package will be the customer's responsibility.

In case of absence during delivery, the customer can reschedule a new delivery or choose a pickup point via the DHL tracking link received by email. An identification document or a pickup code will be required for any package retrieval.

If the package is not retrieved within the allotted time, the customer will be notified by email. They can then choose between a reshipment (free of charge). In case of a refund following a reshipment already made, the costs of this second shipment will remain the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

Orders destined for Morocco:

Any order destined for Morocco must be placed exclusively through the dedicated local site: https://ma.katso-paris.com/

Deliveries to Morocco are provided free of charge by Chronodiali and shipped from our workshops in Rabat within 14 business days.
Returns in Morocco are also free and accepted only in the form of an exchange, within a period of 7 business days from the delivery.



ARTICLE 7 – RECEIPT OF THE ORDER – CLAIMS – RETURNS

Returns are free only in France. For all other countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any return, exchange, or refund request must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

The customer must submit their request by email to the following address: contact@katso-paris.com, in order to receive a free return label (France only). This label will allow a return via La Poste Colissimo without signature. Returns to pickup points are not accepted.

Returned items must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unscented, undamaged, and accompanied by their original tag. Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer, with no refund possible.

The refund will occur within a period of 7 business days from the receipt and validation of the return, via the payment method originally used. The original packaging should be preferred for the return; no refund will be granted for costs related to alternative packaging.

Exchanges (size or color):

The customer must return the initial item under the same conditions as above, then indicate their exchange request (size or color) by email to contact@katso-paris.com. The item will be shipped within a period of 14 business days.

Failure to comply with the return conditions will result in the refusal of the refund or exchange, and the item will be returned to the customer.

Return costs:

  • Metropolitan France: Returns are free. A request for a return label must be sent to contact@katso-paris.com.

  • Outside Metropolitan France: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package must be returned to us in its original packaging and in good condition, and the tracking number must be communicated to us by email.

Orders placed from Morocco:

Orders must be placed through the site https://ma.katso-paris.com/. Deliveries and returns are free, via the carrier Chronodiali. Returns are only possible for an exchange, provided they are requested by email within 7 business days following delivery. A Chronodiali label will be sent to the customer.
